Biography

Perhaps better known as the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ on-again, off-again guitar guru, John Frusciante has nevertheless maintained an active solo recording career that has ranged from psychedelic abstraction to carefully crafted (though still eccentric) singer-songwriter material to off-kilter electronica. Having overcome a debilitating, nearly life-threatening drug addiction, Frusciante also collaborates regularly with multi-instrumentalist Josh Klinghoffer.
