Biography

Part of the vibrant Montreal indie-post-punk-pop scene of the early '00s, the Stills specialize in moody, often sullen, but always shiny rock music. The five-piece scored a critical hit in 2003 with LOGIC WILL BREAK YOUR HEART, a simple yet elegantly glorious collection of shimmering, swirling guitars and intricate lyrics about elusive love and confusion. The act continued to impress through the decade, always with some slight alteration of their essential sound.
