DJ/producer best known for helming Amy Winehouse’s critically feted 2006 release BACK TO BLACK.
Since the late ‘90s, Mark Ronson has been successfully parlaying his skills as a DJ and producer (and his access to music industry inner circles) into production projects that are both lucrative and artistically rewarding. After a string of high profile remixes and production jobs for the likes of P!nk and Nikka Costa, Ronson released his debut full-length, Here Come the Fuzz, in 2003. He’s since contributed to projects like Christina Aguilera’s Back to Basics, Rhymefest’s Blue Collar, and Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black, and released his sophomore full-length, Version, in early 2007. ~ James Steiner
